Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy set by the trailer owner and when you cancel relative to your rental start date.

Cancellation Tiers

• Flexible — full refund if cancelled 24 hours or more before pickup
• Moderate — full refund if cancelled 5 days or more before pickup
• Strict — 50% refund if cancelled 7 days or more before pickup; no refund after

Other Refund Situations

• Owner cancellations — full refund always issued automatically
• Trailer not as described — contact support within 2 hours of pickup
• Dispute-related refunds — processed via the dispute resolution process
