Rental Agreement

This agreement is formed between the trailer owner and renter at the time of booking confirmation. It is governed by the Trailer Connect Terms of Service.

Rental period, pickup and return times
Agreed rental rate, fees, and deposit amount
Permitted use and geographic limits
Condition at pickup and expected return condition
Insurance obligations for each party
Renter liability for damage beyond normal wear
Early return and extension procedures
